Your resume is polished.

Your cover letter is strong.

You’ve landed an interview.

Now what?

Step 1:

Initial Phone Consultation

If we haven’t worked together to prepare your resume, I start with a phone consultation to review your professional history and career aspirations.

I ask you to send your job application materials and several job postings that align with your desired role. These materials help me understand your background, your goals, and the types of questions you need to be prepared to answer in an interview.

Step 2:

Mock Interview

Based on your background, your industry, and the roles you’re interested in, I develop a series of interview questions that you are likely to encounter. Typically, these fall into skills-based, scenario, and behavioral questions, but may include others, depending on your field.

Together, we talk through the questions, brainstorm your responses, and troubleshoot any concerns. Then, I conduct a full mock interview over the phone or in a video conference to help you prepare for the real thing.

Step 3:

Feedback and Action Plan

After the mock interview, I provide oral and written feedback as well as an action plan with opportunities to improve your performance. In addition, I suggest questions that you might consider asking of your interviewer when given the opportunity to do so. If desired, I can also provide a digital recording of the mock interview questions for additional practice.

With a solid action plan and plenty of practice, you will feel confident and prepared for your next interview.

Pricing for every budget

I charge $100/hour for my services, with a five-hour minimum.

Most clients need around eight hours of work.

If you are concerned about your budget, we can prioritize certain parts of your resume to ensure we stay within your budget. I am also happy to develop a payment plan to accommodate clients’ nees.
